Full Moon Crystal Cleanse & Recharge

As I'm sure many of you are aware, we have quite a powerful full moon upon us this weekend and it has many of us looking to harness that energy. Here are some cleansing rituals and energy work we do during these magical lunar moments, that are easy to do at home and can help you to harness the power of the Moon.

Moon Crystal Grids

-Choose your stones and crystals carefully; feeling each one physically and energetically. -We always use plenty of clear quartz, black tourmaline, amethyst and selenite along with other various stones chosen for their specific healing attributes. These are just great basic energy work stones that help set the foundation for the grid.

-Lay your stones out into any shape, pattern or formation you intuitively feel is right. No rules here, seriously! :)

-Feel free to add any other herbs or items of importance to your grid.

-Be sure to set your intentions and manifestations while arranging the stones. Quiet the mind and focus.

-Thank the Moon for her blessings and power, her cycles and beauty.

-Ensure to collect your stones in the morning to keep that lunar energy fresh but also to avoid any sun damage to your crystals.

Moon Water

- Place a preferably glass vessel of water out under moonlight (No sunlight) to create.

-Use for cooking, blessings, drinking, watering plants or bathing water friendly stones in.

-Great for energy, revitalization, power and beauty.

Here is a great article I found that goes much more in depth with a moon water ritual.

Self Love

-Full moons are a great time to heal and be extra kind to your body.

- We honor this time with herbal bathes, clay facials, massages, essential oil diffusions, healthy meals, meditation, breathing exercises, etc.

-Anything physically and mentally 'feel good' will be especially beneficial during a full moon.

With Love & Light,

We hope you all have a very happy and safe Halloween, a blessed Samhain, and a refreshing Full Moon.
